Our motto is: you are what you eat.

Freezing your bread

HS Bakery`s bread freezes well when wrapped tightly. Slicing is optional but allows you to pull out only the quantity you need. Wrap your loaf using two clear plastic bags. Then, seal it using masking tape and place it in the freezer. Refreshing, or defrosting the loaf, let stand it at room temperature for three to four hours.

Natural ingredients

Today's consumers want products made with natural ingredients that combine a clean label and good flavour. With our freshness solutions for baked goods. HS Bakery wants to meet consumer needs. No added preservatives will be found in any of the things we bake. We allow our loaves to take their time, and we practice old world European traditions and techniques to make the very best breads.

Caring for your bread

In a perfect world bread would be enjoyed the same day it is baked, but since that can't always be the case. We recommend storing leftovers in a paper bag, at room temperature. The crust will stay firm and the inside soft. However, as the days go on, you can be creative with what's left: toast, croutons, bread crumbs, inventive!

We exclusively use sun ripened whole grain to provide you

We are the best! Spoil yourself with our products natural flavour! We exclusively use sun ripened whole grains to provide you with a source of power, stamina and health! For people who suffer from allergies we offer a delicious range of wheat products. We use only the finest quality ingredients providing your body with important fibre and nutrients. Because your health matters to us! All breads, fillings are considered for healthy living and without preservatives, growth hormones.

How long does it stay so delicious

In general, since our breads are made with natural ingredients, they stay fresh much longer than standard, speed-process factory loaves. For bread that you will eat same day or next, just leave the loaf on the cutting board at room temperature. It will keep fresh for several days. Storing bread in the refrigerator is a "No No" as the average temperature of the fridge is the temperature at which bread goes stale the most quickly - I have definitely been guilty of this in the past but if you are only using for toast, this is not a problem. For long term storage, the freezer is the ideal place and bread will keep for up to 3 months. The bread can be defrosted at room temperature for a few hours to bring it back to its fresh state.
